I rang up close to closing time today (Saturday) wanting to get flowers delivered, I knew my chances of getting them delivered the same day were next to slim but the lovely lady who took my order went out of her way to deliver my order after hours. Thank you so much.I highly recommend karratha florist and gifts.

Was very disappointed with my order as it costs a lot of money to buy & send, it was nothing what I ordered, will not be using them again.Just want to add I was not offered a refund at all. I actually said, what could be done as they have already been sent definitely no offer of refund…if I was told that as it was a late order and it couldn’t be filled I would not have proceeded with the purchase!

Ordered flowers from VIC and the florist was very helpful in describing what flowers were included and the size of the arrangement. Also they followed up on the delivery for me as I needed them delivered at a certain time. Excellent service and beautiful arrangement.

My husband order flower and teddy for me on valentine's day. He told them the exactly time and place that I'll be at work.The fact is, the delivery arrived 2 hours before the time and at the back door which one of my colleague(She is pretty lady) had to accepted them instead of me.I know it's busy day but with the cost you've charge it should be better service. And think about the lady who accept the flower and realised it's not belong to her on the valentine's day....that's so mean.
